CrossRoads 2015 Vacation Bible School

Posted by bbullis on June 19, 2015

If you still have kids in school, you realize what a great day this is for them  - THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!  That means a few weeks of summer vacation for them, and probably an increase in stress levels for you as you adjust to the new schedule.  Hopefully you'll be able to take some time off to recharge and regroup as well.

Part of our summer schedule at CrossRoads is our week of VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL, which will be held Monday - Thursday, June 22nd-25th, from 6-8:15 p.m. at Mt. Tabor Church.  This is our first VBS to be held in the evening, and we're looking forward to a great study called "Thailand Trek."  We'll be learning about God's love for the world through this "cross culture" study which I'm sure will be a blast for the kids.

So, please pray that we will see some young folks come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and that everyone who attends (even the workers) will have their faith in Christ strengthened!

Next, if you have children in grades K-6, please sign them up on our web site:  www.crossroadsmd.org.

Finally, invite some friends to come!!!

If you have any questions, please call or send me an email.

I was just talking with an elderly man the other day about a Bible truth, and he responded, "Yes, I learned that in Vacation Bible School."  What a great responsibility we have to teach our children God's Word, which as we know from our study of 1 Peter, "endures forever." (1 Peter 1: 25).

See you Sunday!
