In Revelation 15, the Apostle John saw the seven angels having the seven last plagues showing the wrath of God is complete. They are God’s final messengers of judgment, in that the plagues are no longer for the purpose of conviction and conversion but are a pure expression of the vengeance of a holy God.
In Revelation 16, the final wrath of God poured out brings a new level of suffering and destruction to the earth.
