Today we continue our series dealing with two things that shape the entire Christian life: What we believe… and what we leave (let go of). Today’s statement from the Apostles’ Creed, that “Jesus descended into hell” has been subject to numerous interpretations. Therefore we say we believe that : Jesus was crucified, died and was buried; He descended into hell; and On the third day He (Jesus) rose again from the dead, which means we let go of any unaccountable conclusions or speculation.
