CrossRoads is looking for a Worship Leader

The Worship Pastor must be a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and will be a key member of the pastoral leadership team, working together with the Senior Pastor to provide musical and teaching leadership during the worship service and pastoral ministry for the church.

The Worship Leader will lead worship for the congregation on Sundays, but also will be responsible for a variety of pastoral activities dealing with the ministries of the church and its daily operations. We're looking for someone who exhibits evidence of Christian character, musical and ministerial competence, and servant leadership in all aspects of the role.

This is a full time paid position
