As we continue our study of the book of Revelation, we find ourselves in chapter 19, which happens to coincide with the week we begin Advent. Of course advent means “coming,” when we celebrate Jesus’ coming to earth to provide for our salvation. And now in Revelation 19, heaven is opened and we see Jesus’ second coming and the beginning of His thousand year reign on the earth. The multitude praising God at His birth and now at His return should be an “Alleluia” to all of us.
