CrossRoads is looking for an Associate Pastor

We're looking for a full time Associate Pastor who is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. They will be a key member of the pastoral leadership team, working together with the Senior Pastor to provide vision and direction for the church. This person will be responsible for dealing with the ministries of the church and its daily operations. We're looking for someone who exhibits evidence of Christian character, ministerial competence, and servant leadership in all aspects of the role.

This is a paid position.
